Friends discussing their plans inside a bus

Your quote.
All in view.

A quick lift and a full evening are different trips. Bring your date, headcount and route so the quote covers the day you have in mind.

Your trip sets
the price.

Four details make the biggest difference. Get these together before you call.

Read the pricing guide
Your date
A Saturday celebration, a weekday outing and a holiday night can come with different demand and minimum hours. Ask about your specific date.
Your time
Include travel, stops and the time between them. Ask whether the bus waits for you and what happens if the evening runs over.
Your group
Count every passenger and mention ages, boarding needs and equipment. The vehicle needs to fit more than a number.
Your route
The first pickup, the last drop-off and the stops in between all count. Check parking, tolls and any travel charges in the total.

Ask for the all-in number

Get a written quote for the full route and booked time. Check minimum hours, travel to pickup, waiting, parking, tolls, taxes, gratuity and cleaning. Then ask what could add to the bill, including extra time. It’s easier to enjoy the evening when you know what you’ve agreed to.

Give every quote the same itinerary

A starting rate tells you very little on its own. Compare the same date, vehicle, stops and hours. Check whether each option includes waiting or a later return pickup so you’re comparing the evening you want to book.

Know what happens next

Ask when the deposit and balance are due, and read the cancellation and change terms. Talk through a late finish or a change of stop before it happens. Save the accepted quote and agreement with the confirmation.

Know the plan.
Then make the call.

No need to have every minute worked out. Start with your date, pickup, people and main stops. A trip brief keeps those details handy.

About
the price.

How much does a party bus cost?

Your date, time, route and group size shape the quote. Have those details ready, then ask for a written total that explains minimum hours, fees, the deposit and extra time. The pricing guide shows what to look for.

Can we make more than one stop?

Bring the whole wish list: pickups, dinner, photo stops and the way back. Travel and waiting take time, so discuss the full route before you book and ask what changes would add to the price.

When can I tell everyone we’re booked?

Once the business has accepted the reservation and you’ve completed the required agreement and payment steps. Keep the written itinerary, total price, terms and confirmation together. A quote alone isn’t a reservation.
