Friends having a relaxed conversation inside a bus

Good questions.
Better plans.

Can we add a stop? What about the younger guests? Start with the answers people need when a celebration is taking shape.

Before you
make it official.

How much does a party bus cost?

Your date, time, route and group size shape the quote. Have those details ready, then ask for a written total that explains minimum hours, fees, the deposit and extra time. The pricing guide shows what to look for.

Can you cover my pickup area?

Share your pickup city, destinations and date when you call. The route and date both matter, so check availability before making plans that depend on the ride.

How do I choose the right bus?

Start with the people: count every passenger, including accompanying adults. Then share access needs, bags or equipment and the features you care about. Request current photos and details of the vehicle being offered.

Can we make more than one stop?

Bring the whole wish list: pickups, dinner, photo stops and the way back. Travel and waiting take time, so discuss the full route before you book and ask what changes would add to the price.

Can passengers under 18 come along?

Share ages and ask about supervision, permission and onboard rules. Include accompanying adults in the headcount and agree on parent meeting points before the day.

When can I tell everyone we’re booked?

Once the business has accepted the reservation and you’ve completed the required agreement and payment steps. Keep the written itinerary, total price, terms and confirmation together. A quote alone isn’t a reservation.

Food, drinks and decorations

Have a cake, a cooler or a decorating idea in mind? Ask what’s allowed aboard, which containers and materials work, and who handles cleanup. Share passenger ages when discussing drinks.

Accessibility and special requirements

Tell the booking contact what your guests need to board and travel comfortably. Ask about steps, seating, mobility equipment and storage for the bus being offered. The earlier you share those details, the more useful the conversation.

Changes and cancellations

Plans can move. Read the deadlines and charges for changes or cancellations, and ask how weather, a closed venue, a late finish or a vehicle change would be handled. Keep those terms with your confirmation.
