Your day, taking shape

- Ceremony
- Photos & reception
- Guest return
Give each group its own timing
Your wedding party may be heading to portraits while guests are leaving the hotel. Map those journeys separately, then share both when you call. Mention gowns, personal items and any help guests need boarding.
Let the photographer in on the plan
Start with the ceremony arrival time, then add the photo locations that matter most. Check bus access at each venue and leave time to gather people between pictures. The best portrait stop is one that still gets you to the reception.
Plan past the last dance
One final hotel return or an earlier trip for some guests? Decide before invitations go out. Put meeting points and departure times somewhere guests can find them, and hand the day-of contact role to someone you trust.
From group chat
to game plan.
Turn the ideas into a plan you can keep. Add your date, headcount and stops, then save a trip brief for the booking conversation.
Build your trip briefA few things
to know.
Can we include a photo stop?
Discuss the address, likely duration and access for the vehicle before booking. Ask the photographer to prioritize the route so the group can reach the reception on time.
Can guests leave the reception at different times?
Ask about separate return runs and how they are priced. Confirm each departure in writing and include the schedule in guest communications.
Is wedding transportation only for the wedding party?
Describe who needs a ride, from relatives at the hotel to the wedding party itself. Availability and vehicle suitability depend on the actual group and route.
